Hi lovely people!
Just wanted to swing by and share the next couple pages in my Christmas Album. As per my previous post, I'll be sharing my pages along with a fun little challenge up on the CTK Facebook Fanpage so please be sure to stop by and check it out!
I've only added another couple pages this week - we've not done a whole lot. Well I may have gone a little nuts making more Christmas tree's. I'm obsessed with them and I don't know why, lol. Mantle is full but I just want to make more! I'm crazy I know.
Anyways, here's a look at the pages I've added ;)
Oh I forgot to mention I love candy canes. Well actually we all love them. I know they're bad. But they are yum. And it's Christmas. HA!
I added a little version of the fabric tree's in my album this week - even added a little stuffing in the centre. Yeah, it adds a bit of bulk to the album but I don't mind it ;)
Candyyyyyyyyyy cannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnes. I'll fill that jar maybe a couple times before Christmas. Is that bad? HA ;)
And that's it for now! I'm really happy how the album is coming along and I'm not feeling stressed at all about missing days - because we've not done anything special so anything I would put it would feel forced, and that's no fun at all.
OH! I totally forgot to share details about my cover last week. Had a few people message and ask. I actually had this custom made. I used a cut from from The Cut Shoppe (last year's Christmas release - love this cut file!) and resized it to 5x7 then had a local laser cutting mob cut 2 in a frosted green acrylic. They wern't "cheap" but I don't think they were expensive either , I wanted something unique ($35 for 2 acrylic covers, front/bank + postage) and I love how they finished up (although in hindsight I might have wished I'd gone with a white/opal acrylic lol, but the green really is pretty in person!).
I would love to hear if you're joining in on the Christmas/December Daily craziness! Link up your photo's/blog so I can see and get all inspired!
Thanks so much for stopping by. Take care, Em xo
