I love garlands; I have a few around my craft room because they're a great way to add some colour to my room. I'm particularly fond of making my own - which isn't always a good thing (sometimes they don't quite work out) but I had the cutest little party hat garland pop into my Pinterest feed one day and I've been wanting to make it for months!
Then I had a delivery of the cutest paper from Dear Lizzy's new Saturday collection and I just HAD to make it. And I love how it's turned out. I actually ended up making enough party hats for 3 garlands hehe (. Two are hanging in my window and the other is going into Zack's room because he thinks they're "so cool!".
Really super easy to create and put put together. I used the Cameo to cut the party hats but you could easily just print the template on paper and use that. Then you just need tissue paper in a few colours, a few pom-poms, twine, glue and scissors and you're done!
Hope your week is a great one! We're dealing with daysssss of rain - last week was so Spring-like (warm'ish days filled with sunshine!!) and this week we're back to Winter; bleah! I'm a bit over the grey skies and puddles of water everywhere ;)
Thanks so much for stopping by! Take care, Em xo
